The Apartment

On the Almost Famous DVD commentary track, Cameron Crowe cites The Apartment as his favorite movie of all time. It’s mine too. 1960’s Best Picture starring Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine will be on Turner Movie Classics tomorrow night at 7:00. It’s very, very good. The movie is funny and charming. The leads have perfect chemistry. Fred MacMurray makes a great bad guy too.
