House Hunt

I started my house hunt this week. I’ve been disappointed by what i’ve seen so far. It’s hard to believe how little you get for your money. I looked at a duplex in Shorewood a few days ago. It needed a tremendous amount of work and the asking price was $220,000. I’m looking at two more on Tuesday, one in Shorewood and another in Wauwatosa.
