Offer Accepted!
My real estate guy, Jake sent me the listing. We were the first people to look at it on the first day that they were showing it. I was “as serious as a heart attack” about buying it so, I made a generous offer to purchase. Some might say I made them an offer they couldn’t refuse. Fearing a horse’s severed head in their bed, they accepted. It’s a charming duplex in Wauwatosa. I’ll tell you all more about it later. I’ll be in it early August.
