I became a homeowner yesterday. The place is great. It’s a duplex in Wauwatosa close to Hart Park. I’ll have a housewarming party sometime soon, once I buy furniture, etc.. As an added bonus, all five of you that are kind enough to read this weblog will be mailed special badges that will allow you access to the roped off exclusive VIP area of the party, where you will be treated like the royalty that you are. I just moved into the house yesterday, I haven’t started to look for a tenent for the upper yet.
