Few Things Are More Underrated Than A Good Piece Of Apple Pie
Late last week, Les and I went to Q BBQ in Bay View for lunch. Their pulled pork sandwich was good. You put your own barbeque sauce on their sandwiches. I’d recommend the Quazy hot sauce, it had a nice kick to it.
Afterward, we walked across the street to have desert at Cafe Lulu. Their pie is really good. I had apple, but they have many others as well. Next time you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and have a piece.
Having spent my formative years in Bay View, i’m pleased to see how the area is improving. Now, if only the people who own the Avalon would sell it to someone who would renovate it. That would be fantastic.
