Tosa Fest
Dan and I wandered down to Tosa Fest last night and were quite impressed. State street was closed off for a couple of blocks. By looking around, we figured that all of Wauwatosa showed up this year. There was no shortage of food and beer tents. We had pizza from the Bartolotta’s Pizzeria Piccolo. It was pretty good. The band at the music stage really gave the crowd what they wanted. That is, if what the crowd wanted was covers of songs like the Bee Gees’ “Stayin’ Alive” and B.J. Thomas’ “Hooked on Feeling”. A good time was had. Next year, we’ll have to show up earlier to try the Fish Boil.
