Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects

A couple of years ago my old boss Tony bought me a Gamecube for Christmas. Around the same time I bought myself a new computer. The Gamecube didn’t see a whole lot of action, because I discovered the time consuming world of PC gaming. It’s amazing what a huge false sense of accomplishment you get from spending hours and hours with a game.

I was at Best Buy a couple of weeks back and had a holiday giftcard burning a hole in my pocket. For the first time in years, I bought a game for my video game system.

As a kid, I loved Marvel Comics. When I saw Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects, I knew I had to have it. It’s a fighting game where you play as Spiderman, The Thing, Daredevil, Wolverine, and many others. The game is a blast.

Speaking of Marvel characters, I read this yesterday about the delayed Iron Man (also a playable character in the game) movie. If the rumor is true, I’d be excited to see the movie.

“spending hours and hours with a game” is the understatement of the century.
