A few things to look at on this gloomy Monday afternoon
Here are a few things you might want to check out if you have nothing better to do.
Boggle is one of my favorite games. Here’s a free internet version.
My Dad forwards me all of the “funny” e-mails that he’s been sent by former work associates. Today he sent me one titled Sons Who Make Their Daddy Proud. It’s a collection of pictures featuring youngsters doing inappropiate things. There was one picture that I did find funny though. When I saw this I thought, “That could be my Mini-Me!”.
When The Flaming Lips tour this summer, I’m hoping to see a few of the shows. The new disc is fantastic, especially its first single, “The W.A.N.D.” I caught them a few times on the last tour and have never been more entertained by a band in concert. They’re starting to announce some dates for the new tour and have put the show at the Hollywood Bowl on sale. Andy, you should go to this.
How about this iPod cover? Kind of dorky, but very cool, right?! I think I might pick one up.
One of my favorite movies last year was Me You and Everyone We Know. If you missed it, rent it on DVD. It’s so great. Here’s a link to one of the movie’s more amusing scenes.
