Lollapalooza Schedule

Bryan, Dan, Les and I spent the Sunday of 2005’s Buchs Weekend desperately looking for shade at Lollapalooza. The next day’s Tribune reported that it was the hottest day in a decade. Let’s hope it’s a little cooler this year.

Last week the music festival’s organizers revealed the 2006 schedule. Wow, It looks great. The top acts that I’d like to catch this year: The Flaming Lips, Kanye, New Pornographers, Gnarls Barkley, Secret Machines, Built to Spill and The Shins.

I’m not super crazy about The Red Hot Chili Peppers as the headliner, but with all of the previously mentioned bands playing over that weekend, I can’t complain.
