Monday Night Football Observations
I’m not a fan of anything exhibition. If it doesn’t count, why bother? Last night I made an exception and watched a little preseason football. There’s another fantasy football draft coming up. I wanted to see how Carson Palmer looked and was curious about the Packers too. After watching the game, my reation to the two: “Wow!” and “Yuck!” Packer fans are in for a long season. I may be stating the obvious but here are a few more observations I made:
After seven months away, football still looks great in High Definition.
I don’t want to remember Brett Favre like this. It’s hard to watch.
I thought that I had seen enough of the big head Burger King commercials, until I caught the T.O.-inspired Drew Rosenhaus/Burger King spot. Brilliant!
Is it just me or did anyone else want to reach through their TV and punch Joe Theismann in the mouth?!! Seriously.
