Things I've recently rediscovered

• Poptarts - Oh man! I love Poptarts. I went to the grocery store recently when I was really hungry and bought a pack of them on an impulse buy. I forgot how much I used to like them. My favorite: Chocolate Fudge (untoasted)

• International Delight Cream for Coffee - If you’re an international man of leisure like me, why wouldn’t you pour a little of it in with your coffee everyday?! I bought a big thing of the French Vanilla variety for the office. I’ve been very pleased with myself over that purchase too.

Here’s my latest thing: the quesadilla.

Working at night, if I don’t eat out, then I’m stuck with coldcuts or something I can heat up in a microwave. That’s a limited range of food choices.

However, some chicken breast, rice (Spanish variety for me) and a pack of shredded cheese works great with some El Rey tortillas. Top it off with some hot salsa (I’ve eschewed sour cream of late), and there’s a happy little meal for myself.

Quesadillas … mmm … I like.
