Lolla: One week away
I was looking through some old pictures, and came across this one: me & Bryan
It’s of the two of us during the greatest male bonding roadtrip ever, Buchs Weekend. Two years later, many of the same participants from BW are heading back to Chicago next weekend for Lollapalooza…and an obligatory shoeshine, or not. It will without a doubt be great, great fun.
I’m most looking forward to:
- seeing Pearl Jam for the first time in 15 years.
- CSS, The Cribs, Polyphonic Spree, TV on the Radio, Daft Punk and a bunch of other great bands I’ve never seen before
- the free stuff - last year we walked away with backpacks, iTunes gift cards, Adidas hats, and other stuff.
- running into that crazy Tinman again
- drinking cheap beer (budweiser is the only option at the fest) with great friends all weekend
